EXECUTIVE TEAM
chair
Elected for 2-year terms which can be renewed when no other members express interest.
- Serves as main conduit between ETC and HQM (Heads of Quality Management for Colleges Ontario)
- Serves as ex-officio member of HQM
- Main representative of ETC to external agencies.
- Leads meeting agenda planning, scheduling, and running of annual meetings.
- Prepares summary report of yearly activities through the HQM which is presented to the CCVPA (Coordinating Committee of Vice Presidents Academic of Colleges Ontario)
vice-chair
- Serves as alternate for Chair in communications with HQM and external agencies.
- Supports planning and running of annual meeting and annual activities.
- Supports capturing of meeting minutes.
- Chairs scheduled meetings in the Chair’s absence.
representatives
- Every Ontario college will have one primary representative and an alternate.
- Each ETC representative is responsible for sharing information on ETC activities with colleagues at their respective colleges.
- Members are expected to attend meetings and participate in ETC activities to the best of their ability.
- One ex-officio, non-voting member from the HQM will also participate as a liaison to represent interests back to CCVPA.
